Terms & Conditions

By signing up for our teen program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Type & Eligibility

  • This is a co-op homeschool program, not a school.

  • The program is open to teens ages 14 and up.

  • Participants must be able to safely attend both classroom and community service activities.

2. Program Dates & Hours

  • Program runs from January 2026 – May 2026.

  • Hours are 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM.

  • One day will be spent in classroom courses; one day will be spent at designated community service locations.

3. Registration & Payment

  • Program cost is $300 per student.

  • Payment options currently include Step Up PEP reimbursement; direct pay will be available soon.

  • Spots are limited. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Full payment is required to secure a spot.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless a spot cannot be provided.

  • In case of program cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.

  • Any absence from the program does not entitle the participant to a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, peers, and community members.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging transportation to and from program locations.

6. Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs in the registration form.

  • The program is not responsible for injuries sustained during classroom or community service activities.

7. Media & Privacy

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the program for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please indicate on the registration form.

  • Participant information will not be shared with third parties except for program-related purposes.

8. Liability

  • By participating in the program, parents/guardians agree to release the organizers from any liability for injury, loss, or damages incurred during program activities.

9. Agreement

By signing up for the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
